Old Hickory Bat Company is committed to standing behind our products. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

Custom Bats
Custom ordered wood bats are **non-refundable**. They are only eligible for return or exchange in the event of breakage within the warranty period or receipt of an incorrect order. Mistakes made by the customer during the custom ordering process are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns (Non-Custom Items)
If you purchased a non-custom item directly through Old Hickory Bat Company, you may return it within **30 days of purchase**.
To qualify:
- Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Used or damaged products are not eligible for return without prior approval from an authorized Old Hickory representative
Qualifying returns will receive a refund to the original payment method within **5 business days** of processing. Please note:
- Original shipping and handling costs are **not refunded**
- A **$10.00 restocking fee** will be deducted from the refund amount
- Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer

Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
If you purchased a non-custom item directly through Old Hickory Bat Company, you may exchange it within **30 days of purchase**.
To qualify:
- Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Engraved or used bats are not eligible for exchange
If you are exchanging for a different priced bat, you will be charged or refunded the difference. Replacement product will ship within **14 business days**.

Warranty Claims
Wood bat warranty claims are **not eligible for a monetary refund**. Approved warranty claims will receive a one-time bat replacement only.
