The FT1 is a flat sided trainer that teaches proper hand/barrel placement while hitting. Can be used to impact baseball on the "flat" side for instant feedback through trajectory. Can also be used to impact baseballs on the rounded side for more hand/eye coordination drills. This bat is strong enough to be used for live BP. No personalization.
